8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. / 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  MST - Monday through Friday

May 31^st Memorial Day, July 5^th Independence day, September 6^th Labor Day, November 25^th and 26^th Thanksgiving, December 23^rd and 24^th Christmas, December 30^th and 31^st New Years.

Ordering

Orders placed by 3pm MST will typically ship same day. All orders will ship via Ground service unless otherwise noted. Customer will incur all shipping costs.

Payment

All customers are on a NET 30 payment schedule unless otherwise negotiated. Payments may be made with check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. A finance charge of 1.75% will be applied to past due balances over 30 days. In addition to finance charges, a monthly late fee of up to fifty dollars may be applied to those with repeated on-time payment issues. Customers with repeated payment issues will be placed on a credit card or COD basis. Customers with on-time payment issues that are required to pay via credit card or COD with incur all expenses associated with COD and or credit card charges.

Warranty

All parts, with the exception of Suspension Sleeves, have a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship. Any part found defective under normal and correct use will be replaced at no charge with the same item. If an item is replaced under warranty, the replacement part is shipped as soon as possible and will be invoiced for full retail value. Upon receipt of the warranty item, a credit will be issued under the terms that apply. All suspension sleeves have a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defect.

Returns

Within 30 days any part may be returned with no restocking fee. After 30 days a 15% restocking fee is charged for all parts. There are no returns after 6 months. The customer regardless of condition of parts always incurs original shipping costs. A Return Authorization number must be issued prior to returning to ensure proper credit.
